You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
Atomic Intelligence IP: All intellectual property rights in the Services, including all code, software, AI models, platform designs, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to Atomic Intelligence Ltd. Your use of the Services grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use them strictly in accordance with these Terms.
Client Data/IP: You retain all ownership rights to the data, content, and information you provide to us ("Client Data"). You grant Atomic Intelligence a worldwide, limited, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and process the Client Data solely as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Services for you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Atomic Intelligence Ltd. expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atomic Intelligence Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or the inability to use the Services.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the competent courts located in Zagreb, Croatia.
